Dear Wendys #6 on Sahara and #25 on West Flamingo:

Your employees suck. They are rude, they are lazy and they have no sense of what the words customer means. Effective 9/23/2007 we will no longer be spending our hard earned money at any Wendys store--Nationwide. I'm tired of being belittled, forgotten about and basically treated like a POS. I pay your salary. At the very least I expect some the courtesy of a timely response. The excuse "We made a mistake" doesn't cut it anymore. And I don't want your freaking 5.00 coupons to make up for it because I'll never be able to get those 20 minutes I waited on Sunday while your employees had a party. Nor the time I sat for 13 minutes on Superbowl Sunday at #6 because you guys had a change of shifts and forgot about us.

It's a good thing Dave Thomas died because I'm sure this behavior would give him heart failure. Just like Sam Walton, he is rolling in his grave at the actions of his employees.

Where is the pride in what you do? It's obvious you are lucky to have a job at all, dear workers at Wendys #6 and 25 in Las Vegas. Because I'm sure you'd never cut it outside of fast food and the only reason that you are able to work at all is that we've lowered our standards and passed off responsibility of our actions to some nebulous excuse such as "We were busy. We forgot." etc etc.

But why I'm really stopping spending my hard earned $ at your store is the fact that there is no accountability. Even management thinks that an occasional mistake is ok. And yes we all do make mistakes. but when some of us do, we accept responsibility and apologize then move forward to correct that behavior. Not think that its funny.

So I'm sure in the grand scheme of things you think my $10.00 means nothing but it is my hope that before you grow up and become doctors, lawyers, government workers, politicians, you learn the value of accepting responsibility and step up to the plate.

So long Wendys. I doubt i'll miss you.
