What was your status by Valentine's Day?

Happily single but with boy toy on and off.

Did you have to go to the hospital?

Yes but with Dah who  didn't realize that the drain cleaner was toxic

Where did you go on vacation?

I'm not sure that  trucking across country could be counted as vacation.. so I'd say 2 nights at the South Pointe would be it since I was computerless.

What did you purchase that was over $500?

Right now I can't think of anything but I am sure there was something.

Did you know anybody who got married?

yes, my pals Emerald and  Blue Brit got married  3 times

and  the loverly Carole and James  got married once.  (tho my invite to the shindig was lost in the  email dammit)

Did you know anybody who passed away?

both of  BC's uncles who raised him.. the  good uncle  just passed before XXXmas  -- sadly.. and the wicked evil uncle who beat him in the cane fields with a whip in October.

What sporting events did you attend?

Does watching  UK -Charlie try to pick up girls count??

What concerts/shows did you go to?

Jersey Boys.   and Spud went to his 1st concert.. at HOB

Describe your birthday.

Hadha
Had a great time.. my friend's Karen & Chyna both have the same day.  We went to dinner at Canal Street on the 14th since UK-Charlie was flying on the 15th.  Went to breakfast at the Orleans with Mr.Mrs MML... then off to Birthday bingo.  Had chicken wings for dinner.. then went for a drink at midnight with boy-toy Charlie and a bit of 53yr old fooling around. 

What's the one thing you thought you would never do but did in 2008?

Agree to take a pay cut to save my OG group and keep our jobs going.

What has/have been your favorite moment(s)?

They all start and end with Spud.  Watching him turn 18.  Seeing him develop into a well rounded (no pun intended) man.  Getting his tattoo that he's so proud of.  his 1288 on the SATs.  Loving his dah despite his constant lack of the daddy gene.  His excitement at the small things we do. 


Any new additions to your family?

Hmmm my friend Joe finally finished his house in Canyon Gate, it was 2 years in the building.

What was your best month?

Probably July.  I had piles of company between Xbiz, the BBW Bash, and all the company that month.  It's good to see old friends. 

Who has been your best drinking buddy?

I don't know if it's BEST  or Worst  but Tiffiany for sure.

Made new friends?

Yep.

Favorite Night[s] out?

Probably the  Nighmare before Xmas party we went to  last week.  It was such a fun theme.

Any regrets?

The Rio drinking binge where I drove home then sat in the driveway and cried for 10 minutes.


What do you want to change in 2009?

I want my son to be healthy and happy.  If this means i have to take my phat ass to the gym.. then I will. 

Overall, how would you rate this year? about a 6.. not the worst ..not the best.

Have any life changes in 2008?

Cut in pay is the biggest one.

Nope but goddess knows i need too.

Get a new job?

Got some new projects... We hope they will be ongoing through this economic meltdown.

For 2009?? Get my son healthier and into a good college even if it isn't NYU.

Did anything embarrassing?

Oh gawd YES.. mostly involved copious amounts of Bloody Marys with Tiffiany matching me drink for drink.

Oh HELL no... never again...

Be honest - did you watch American Idol?

Nope not even once..however I did watch America's Got Talent.  Not impressed this year. and Celebrity Apprentice since my hero, Gene Simmons was on it.  The man has an amazing gift for making $$.

Start a new hobby?

No but I want too.  I'd like to learn either pottery or some type of easy craft cuz i'm missing the artsy fartsy gene.. i can sell like a mofo but no way can I make anything.

Been snowboarding?

I went tubing in February at an event in Reno.

Are you happy to see 2008 go?

Good lord yes.. 2009 doesn't start for me until 1/20/2009.

Good gawd NEVER!!! I'd go for the headaches before I'd drink that crap.

I've been boring.. and always used a condom.. so that's nice, right??

What are you wishing for in 2009?

What I wish for every year.. Peace, love, joy and happiness for all my extended friends and family.  If we can find just one of those, the year will be worth it.
